All candidates must have prior childcare experience and valid references, as well as be legally eligible to work in the country where the position is based. Depending on the country of employment, some families may offer a visa to the candidates. After attaching the personal documents, a recruiter will reach out to review the details, and an interview will be conducted to reconfirm the information and gain a better understanding of the candidate’s work experience and educational background. The provided references will also be verified, and the candidate must provide a DBS check or a criminal background check and present a first aid certification (or be willing to complete it before starting the job).
