To match you with the right candidate, it's important for us to know what your requirements are. That's why we need you to fill out the family registration form first.

Upon receiving your submission, we will carefully review it and reach out to you for a more in-depth discussion of your requirements. Additionally, we will send you our family agreement to initiate the matchmaking process.

2. MATCHMAKING PROCESS
​
We will make a selection of what we think are suitable nannies based on your needs and requirements for your position. After evaluating our candidates and identifying those who align with your requirements, we will email you detailed profiles for each selected candidate for your review.
We prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring that we only present candidates whom we believe truly are worth your time and consideration.

3. INTERVIEW
​
We will coordinate and arrange interviews with your selected nannies based on your wishes.

4. CANDIDATE SELECTION
​
Once you have chosen to hire a suitable candidate and upon acceptance of the offer, the candidate becomes a direct employee of the family.

To assist you in managing taxes and payroll, we are pleased to refer you to our preferred payroll specialists.
