Native or proficient in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking), or bilingual in the languages required by the family.

A certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, such as a Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate's degree.

Excellent checkable references from most recent employment positions.

DBS or clean Criminal Background Check. Willing to undergo a background check.

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain at own expense).

Valid passport holder, ID, visa, or work authorization.

Driving license (if required by the family).

Ability to commit a minimum of 1 year with the family (if required by the family).
